These crushed red peppers are grown from seed on our farm, never sprayed, dried and crushed here in our commerical kitchen. These are a must have for pizza. They come in a 4oz glass shaker jar which equals about 1.8oz of dried peppers. Be advised these are a bit hotter than what you buy in the store.
